About the Business
Dawngreen is a major supplier of raw food ingredients into the pet food manufacturing and wholesale trade. We are one of the largest importers of sunflowerseed, hempseed and milletseed into the UK. We handle an extensive range of products used within the pet food industry including wildbird food, caged birds, pigeon mixtures and the fishing/aquatic industries.
We have storage facilities in Newark with back-up stock of all our main bulk lines, allowing our customers peace of mind that their production will never be stopped. We also store the more specialized products which are used in smaller quantities, such as wild berries, chillies, mealworms and dried shrimps. We can reclean material and pack into 1 tonne tote bags or 25 kg if required. For our smaller enquiries, we offer all lines in minimum 1 tonne/pallet orders.
The commodity markets can be volatile at times, influenced by many factors such as weather, political events and currencies which all play their part and effect prices.
